  • If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check in. Please inform your host in advance so the gate can be notified and proper access arranged for your group.

  • Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24-hour security guards.
  • First-floor studio for easy access.
  • Step outside onto your extended deck, where stairs lead down to a spacious green area.
  • Direct beach access available.

  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and stay.
  • If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check in.
  • No smoking permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations may result in charges, eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs and cats under 30 pounds are allowed, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax).
  • Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site.
  • Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in.
  • Pets are not permitted on the beach. No beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

Fees and Payments

  • Nonrefundable pet fee: $100 per pet (plus tax).
  • On-site pet fee: $10 per pet collected by Sandpiper Cove.
  • Fee for renting dock space applies.

Parking Information

  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes. There is no assigned parking.
  • Trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking, contact facilities in the Destin, FL area.
